Is ANYTHING happening at Chamberlin??
Of course things are happening here at Chamberlin Rubber Company, Inc. so much in fact that the blog has gotten a little, well…bogged down!
One exciting project that we are working on is the redesign of our website www.chamberlinrubber.com. After three years the website neede a face-lift and we have started this process by cleaning up our logo. Of course the lion remains the mascot of Chamberlin Rubber Company, Inc. as he has come to represent the “pride” of Chamberlin Rubber Company, Inc. to our employees and customers.
Another feature that has changed is the renaming of EZ Die-Cut to EZ Order Now. It has come to our attention that this feature would be beneficial to all of our customers who purchase custom parts from us. If you are not familiar with EZ Order Now check it out - for returning customers it allows you to place orders, re-orders and submit changes on all custom made-to-order itmes, and for new customers you will be able to easily request a quote for custom items.
We are also going to be adding new programs to our website such as a Live-Chat feature. This will allow customers to instant message our Inside Sales team as they are visiting our website. Live-Chat will provide instant feedback to questions and you can even place a custom order right online.
As you can see we will be undergoing some very exciting construction so please keep an eye out for these changes. If you have any suggestions of things that would make our website more helpful to you please send them along!
